2. Refunds for Defective, Damaged or Mismatched Goods

If your items arrive with manufacturing defects, transit damage, functional faults, or fail to match the specifications displayed on our official product pages, you are eligible to apply for a full refund. Under such circumstances, Kepeshop will cover all return shipping expenses. Once our warehouse receives and completes inspection of the returned merchandise, we will initiate your full refund without unnecessary delay. The complete payment amount for the defective item, including product fees, will be returned to your original payment account.

3. Refunds for Voluntary Returns Due to Personal Preference

For voluntary return requests arising from personal preference, including cases where you dislike the style, unsuitable dimensions, or change your mind after purchase, refunds are available within the valid 30-day period on the premise that returned goods satisfy our product condition standards.

It should be noted that clients shall bear all return shipping costs in such scenarios. The original delivery fee paid during checkout is non-refundable. 6. Partial Refund Arrangements

If you only wish to return part of the items within a single order, we will calculate the corresponding partial refund amount based on the unit price of returned merchandise. Discounts, promotional vouchers applied to the original order will be deducted accordingly when computing the final refund sum.
